Here I present a mostly un-edited performance from Turnup Records 6-19-2010.

Featuring Mark McGuire of Emeralds on the guitar.
The performance was positively incredible.

Really nice couple / duo from Chicago. Some home-made instruments and electronic machines, the purpose of which might have been rather unclear had you have seen their set up. Pretty mind-blowing shit.
Bought one of their tapes directly after the performance.
Sky Limo / Body Morph / Part of Mossy Throats??

Excitebike Tapes [http://www.exbxtapes.com/] oft make it unclear as to what-the-hell moniker their artists are using at any given moment, but man are they some prolific motherfuckers. Go buy their shit, right now! seriously.
What is heard here is perhaps a reinterpretation of James Carter filtered through Bongripper, or maybe some long lost session where Ornette Coleman had a few too many heroins and layed out on his amp for an hour.
Fragments

mmn hmn.
What a way to end the night. You will hear Doug's dick neighbor slamming on Turnup's front door towards the end of the set. Fuck. I wanted that song to keep happening another six hours.
Check out his/their discogs page to hunt down the 50k different labels he/they have released on: [http://www.discogs.com/artist/Fragments+(3)]
Their release on Tusco's label is killer, as is the Split they did with Thursday Club.
They also have a release on Pizza Night!
